1. What are your rates for mailing my material?
Rates are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, the size, shape, paper type and weight of the material, the design layout of the clear zones, and type of mailing material. We may request that you send us a sample of your material for us to evaluate.
For a general rate, contact us at data.pro@verizon.net or at (757) 397-0500.

2. How long will it take to get my material mailed?
We take material to the Post Office on Mondays and Thursdays. If a Federal holiday falls on a Monday, the mailing will be made on Tuesday, instead. The lapse between our receipt of the material and the mailing date is as follows:
| Material Received |
Mail Day |
| Monday |
The following Monday |
| Tuesday |
The following Monday |
| Wednesday |
The following Monday or Thursday* |
| Thursday |
The following Thursday |
| Friday |
The following Thursday |
*Based on our workload.
This schedule is based on the assumption that the appropriate paperwork is included with the mailing material, is completely and correctly filled out, that all data entry has been done prior to the mailing, and that appropriate payment has been received or resolved.
Lack of any of the above could delay your mailing by one or more cycles.

3. How can I get my personal mailing list to you?
You have several options for transmitting your mailing list to us. If you currently maintain your list in a computerized format you can email it to us or send it on diskette or CD via U.S. Mail or interoffice courier. If you choose this option we will set up your mailing list at no charge* if the file is in one of the following formats:
- Microsoft Excel ®
- Microsoft Works spreadsheet
- plain unformatted text
- comma-separated values (.csv)
If you send us your file in any other format there may be a service charge for setting up your list.
You can also send us a typed or handwritten list for us to enter in our database. There is a charge per entry for this service, and it may take us up to a week to complete the data entry. Lists of more than 500 records will take longer.
*A setup charge may be assessed if the file we receive is not clean. Specifically, only data needed for addressing purposes should be included in the file. All data must be in the correct and consistent fields (rows or columns). Excessive address errors that require manual correction on our part will incur data entry charges.

4. Do you have information about specific subdivisions?
We maintain information on most subdivisions in South Hampton Roads, some subdivisions in Peninsula cities and some subdivisions in Currituck County, NC. We update this information on a regular basis.
Send us an email or fax telling us the subdivision(s) and city you are interested in. We will reply in the same method with a listing of all the streets in that subdivision and how many dwellings are on each street, with the dwelling numbers broken down by single family, condominium, townhouse, duplex, and apartment.
We can usually supply this information by the end of the business day.
An alternative method is for us to extract streets by Carrier Route around a specific address in Hampton Roads. A Carrier Route is a group of streets and street numbers assigned to an individual mail carrier.
We do not maintain records on the names of the occupants.

5. How can I set up a permanent list, or a one-time mailing, to a specific subdivision?
After you review the information you receive from us (see the previous section for more information), confirm the streets and dwelling types that you want on your list, as well as the salutation you want printed on the material (i.e., Neighbor, Homeowner).
Fax the information back to us, and we will set up your permanent list or prepare a file for your one-time mailing.

6. Do you maintain demographic data on subdivisions?
