DataPro Direct Mail, LLC, was established by Chuck Clayton in 1986, after a representative of a major local real estate company asked Chuck if he could develop an efficient system for mailing their marketing materials. Over the years, we have grown and evolved as a direct-mail marketing business, making improvements and updates based on the suggestions of our real estate clients.

At a meeting of bulk mail specialists from local post offices, DataPro Direct Mail was singled out as presenting “near perfect mailings.”

We have been a member of the Hampton Roads Realtors® Association since 1993.

We maintain street data for all South Hampton Roads cities, and some subdivisions in Peninsula cities and Currituck County, NC. Likewise, our client base is restricted to the same area.

We believe in Address Data Quality, and lease sophisticated software to ensure that each piece of mailing material is addressed and mailed to a deliverable address.

We do cleanse mailing lists, address and bar code using inkjet technology and mail at the lowest possible mailing rates for the material and destination involved. We do not design or print marketing material. We do not accept pre-addressed or pre-labeled material for mailings.
